Summit Lacrosse Wall Ball

Great stick skills are fundamental to playing lacrosse. Investing time hitting the wall is the fastest way to improve your individual stick skills, improve your passing & catching, develop confidence in your stick, and eliminate turnovers.

You will improve significantly by hitting the wall 30 minutes a day, 3-4 times per week. You will notice improvement within the first week.
